Granulated Garlic

The broken pieces and granules leftover from the dried sliced garlic production is sifted using food grade cloth. The sifted granules are then poured out onto a flat sorting table in order to remove any impurities, such as dark yellowish brown looking pieces or granules that are inconsistent in size. Finally the sorted garlic granules are tested for moisture content.
